Please allow 2 weeks for the crafting of your candle. We try to keep them in stock, so that we can fill orders as they arrive; however, during the busy season we may need the allotted 2 weeks for the curing of your candle before they can ship.

Customer is responsible for making sure your correct address is listed. We want to make sure your package gets to you :)

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders will ship in the order that they are received.

Please make sure to bring your candles inside as soon as possible when they arrive to you. As the Coconut Creme wax is an extremely soft wax and will melt if left in the heat.

Due to the nature of the candle products all sales are final. We will do our best to work with you to help find a solution to any problem you may have. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our candles are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.
